You should be able to expect the interview to take about 45 minutes of your time but we would be thrilled to talk to you longer if you have more to share. The goal is to edit the story segment so it will fit as the featured part of a regular episode of the 501c3Cast. Episodes are typically 30-45 minutes long.
If you wish, you will have the opportunity to request that the entirety or portions of the interview be withheld from the final published story. The recorded interview and podcast episode is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.5 License. .
To help you prepare for the spoken interview, you may want to consider the following questions:
1) Can you tell us a little about yourself, your organization, and how you came to work for your organization?
2) What has been the most meaningful experience you have had while working with your organization?
3) What are the greatest challenges that you currently face and how to do plan to overcome them?
4) How to you plan to use new technology and ideas to help you reach your goals in the future?
5) If today your organization magically met all of it’s missions and goals, what else would you find yourself doing with your time?
6) What are the greatest challenges and opportunities that the nonprofit sector currently faces?
7) What training and/or self improvement have you done in the past or do you plan to do that you believe will help you meet your goals?
8) Do you have a favorite quote, allegory, phrase, or mantra that gives you strength or inspiration?
